Storage info:
Once received, keep covered and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Alternatively, freeze them on the day of arrival for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or until soft before enjoying your mochis. Once defrosted, consume on the same day and do not refreeze.
