Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ai No Mochi. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please check your email (spam folder) within 24 hours of placing the order to find out your delivery date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All orders are delivered via DPD on a next day service. Ensuring the mochi get to you at there freshest. If for any reason there is a delay on DPD side we will inform you.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
